What do I need to download the App?
How do I get the app?
Download the app from http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/act-wild/id476454602?ls=1&mt=8 or search for "act wild" or "zoos victoria" in the iTunes Store or App Store.

How does the app differ from the Act wild web-site?
The app contains additional and exclusive functionality such as shopping tips, a geo-locatable Events page, Zoo check-ins plus the ability to upload photos from your Zoo visit, or to ask questions when you are at Healesville Sanctuary, Melbourne Zoo or Werribee Open Range Zoo.

Why can't I download the app over 3G?
The app is 48MB in filesize, and the limit Apple sets to download apps over 3G is 20MB.

Why is the app free? Does it contain advertising?
The app is free because it was funded by the Victorian Department of Education and Early Childhood Development as part of the FUSE digital learning project. It doesn't contain any advertising.
Q6.
Do the videos have sound?
Yes. If you can't hear any audio, it is likely that the mute switch on your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad is set to "mute". Try un-muting, turn the volume up and you should be able to hear the videos.

- Some users running iOS 5.0 on an iPhone 4S report the app crashing when they try and click "I've Done It".
- Events is not displaying all current events and users running iOS 5.0 on an iPhone 4S report the app crashing when 'Events' selected
